- Shipment processing time:
Processing time for all orders is around 7-10 business days. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. You will be updated with the shipping details through e-mail on the email ID provided by you.
Shipments can be a few days behind schedule if we are dealing with a large volume of orders. Please give the delivery a few extra days for transportation. Should there be a noteworthy postponement in the shipment of your order, we will get in touch with you through phone or email.

Please note that shipping charges and delivery estimates will be specified at the time of checkout and will depend on the delivery location, order value, and items.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Payment:
Payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept convenient modes of payment such as net banking, MasterCard, and Visa. However, we do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) as a mode of payment for your orders.
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
We ship to addresses nationwide.
We partner with reputed courier companies to get your products delivered ASAP. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
Once your order is confirmed, our courier partners will provide you with a tracking ID for your order, which will be emailed to the email ID you have provided. With the help of the emailed tracking ID, you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you log in.
