Damaged or Defective Product Details
In case of damaged, wrong, expired, or defective product, the buyer has the right to exchange, return, or get a refund for the product. All requests for return or exchange must be raised by the buyer within 24 hours of receiving the shipment through e-mail to info@fitday.us or raise a support ticket for the same on the platform. The Company shall arrange for a pickup of the product to be exchanged from the buyer. The charges for shipping the product back shall be borne by the Company.
Please note that we require proof of any exchanges, returns, or refunds. We advise you to take a video while unboxing the package to safeguard your interest as well as ours. We will not initiate any exchanges, returns, or refunds without this evidence. The buyer also needs to ensure that the product is unused, the labels are intact, and it is packed in the same packet it was delivered in before handing it over to the courier executive coming for the pickup.
Your request will be processed within 48 business hours. After the company has examined and verified the veracity of your request and the proof provided by you, you will receive an email notifying you that your replacement request is under process. If you select a refund, the payment made by you shall be returned to the source if the order has been paid for by card, net banking or e-wallets, or you may have it credited as store credit to be utilised for future purchases on the Platform.
Return Details
We offer 24 hours return and exchange policy starting from the date the product has been delivered. Please note that return is allowed only on the products that are expired, damaged, defective, or incorrect, other than that, we don’t encourage returns.
To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID, and item number. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return. The products returned will be collected by the executive and the cost for transporting the same shall be borne by the Company.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees because of the return. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Once we have received the goods or the tracking information for the returned item from you, we will refund the amount to the source from which the payment was made (e.g., your bank account, credit card, online wallet) or you may choose to have the refund credited as store credit in your account. If the payment was made through COD, you will need to provide your bank account details, and the refunded amount will be credited to the same. We typically issue your refund within 7–10 business days of receiving the package.
Exchange Details
If a user wants to return a product against a product of a different quantity or a different item, he/she can do so and seek and raise an exchange request by following these simple steps:
- Mention the reason for seeking an exchange on the (send an email to info@fitday.us) contact form (also linked to the same email id and can be used) on the Platform and submit the same.
- After raising a return request, a pick-up will be scheduled, and a courier executive will pick up the products which are to be returned from the buyer. The shipping cost for the same shall be borne by us.
- We usually process an exchange request within 2 business days of receiving the request.
- Accepting a return or exchange request is solely at the company's discretion.
Once the refund or exchange process is complete, you can place an order for a fresh item of your choice.
Cancellation Information
As a buyer, you may cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of the order being placed. In such a case we will refund payments, if already made. In case of partial cancellation of an order where the value of the order falls below Rs.999, then the applicable shipping charges will have to be borne by you. Any return or refund will be in accordance with our return refund policy, which has been specified above.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
- if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
- in case of unavailability of a product, or
- for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties
- if the Company does not want to do business with the User
While all measures are taken to ensure the accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect product information provided to the company by a supplier. In such an event, you will be notified as soon as the error comes to the company's notice. The company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such products.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future
